Generally speaking, there are two photography business models. The first type is referred to as “Shoot and Burn” where the photographer shoots the photos and burns them all to a CD (or in today’s world, a thumb drive). The second type is “Full Service” where the photographer crafts the photos, performs edits in Photoshop (or another tool) and sells individual pieces or files. Huey Images is the latter; we are a Full Service studio and offer a high-touch, white glove service. This is not for everyone, nor is it for everyone’s budget. If you are looking for a CD of images, we respectfully understand that we are not your studio. However, when you are ready to have us work on lasting pieces of art for your walls, keep us in mind!
We are proud to offer financing through Promise Financial to create your dream wedding experience and even help with your overall wedding budget (not just the photography part). To learn more, click here.
Keep in mind that when you hire Huey Images, you’re commissioning art for your walls, bookshelves, etc. As a general guideline to the photography package pricing, I can offer you this information:
All sessions, Weddings, and Events require a contract and deposit to save the date and time for you. While I will work with you on the date you desire, I will continue to accept business requests for the same date until a contract is signed and required deposits are in place.
After your session, we work together to view the proofs and what the different sizes and placement arrangements will look like on your walls. (And I do mean your walls… you’ll be sending me photos of your walls ahead of time.)
Prints come in so many shapes and sizes that it’s hard to put it onto one page. Instead, I’ve allowed my partner lab to put together a listing of what we can work on for you. This list is huge! But, it does give you an idea of the breadth of what can be offered. Frame-ready prints…got em! Save the Date cards…no problem! Guest Sign In books…yep! Albums…of course!
Lastly, and possibly more importantly than some of the other goodies on the page (just checking to see if you read all the way down), are you a Teacher, a First Responder, or a member of the U. S. Armed Forces? I may just have a little something extra for you. Inquire within.
